Sometimes it is necessary to check and fix any errors in the wireless link. Then it may be necessary to generate a report to analyze the detail of the connections and parameters by which the laptop has connected to the wireless network.
Run the Command Prompt as adminstrator
From the prompt, type the command:
netsh wlan show wlanreportThe command will be executed and the file %programdata%\WlanReport\ wlan-report-latest.html will be generated.
This file wlan-report-latest.html > can be accessed from any browser and contains all the information regarding the status of wirless connectivity, connection time, connection errors and many other useful details to check for problems.
